It may take 1-3 business days to process your order.(If you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Monday Wednesday or Thursday). You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Time: The time taken to arrive to destination after dispatch from our warehouses. 

Following this your package will arrive between 5-20 business days depending on your geographic location and availability of stock.

USA & Canada
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 3-15 days for delivery. 

U.K & EUROPE
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 5-20 Days for delivery.

Others Countries
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 6-21 Days for delivery.

We have a great team to design and manufacture unique products for you. All the product will be shipped from our ware house in USA, Hong Kong, China and more.

**Due to COVID-19, processing and shipping times cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order: Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package.

**Please allow 1 – 2 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
