2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most international destinations, including the United States, Canada, Europe, and selected regions worldwide.
If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact our Customer Support team. We will do our best to explore available shipping solutions for you.
3. Order Processing Time
All Amber Case custom products are made-to-order.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note:
👉 Processing time is required for custom production and is separate from shipping time.
4. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer multiple shipping options depending on your location and delivery preference.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Selected shipping method
- Package weight and size
Available shipping options (if applicable) will be shown at checkout so you can choose the best option for your needs.

Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days after dispatch
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order in real time via the carrier’s official website.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3–5 business days after ordering, please contact us for assistance.
6. Delivery Time
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method.
All timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only. In rare cases, delays may occur due to:
- Customs clearance
- Carrier disruptions
- Peak season demand
If any significant delay occurs, our support team will actively follow up with the carrier and keep you updated.
7. International Shipping & Duties (All-Inclusive Policy)
At Amber Case, we believe your memory should arrive without stress or hidden costs.
That’s why all international orders are shipped under an all-inclusive pricing policy:

✔ Customs taxes (where applicable)
All are included in your checkout total.
You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
Important Note
In rare cases where local customs still request payment, please do not pay and contact our support team immediately. We will resolve the issue and ensure you are not charged unexpectedly.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

If your package arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us right away. We will assist with the claim process and provide a suitable resolution (replacement or refund).

Amber Case is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
If a package is returned due to address issues:
